IMPORTANT DATES

ALL medical forms must be completed and turned in to UCI Sports Medicine by the following dates for the listed men’s and women’s sports programs:

JULY 28th: BASKETBALL, CROSS COUNTRY, GOLF, SOCCER, VOLLEYBALL, WATER POLO, CHEER

SEPTEMBER 15th: BASEBALL, TRACK & FIELD, TENNIS

SUMMARY

UC Irvine Athletic’s Sports Medicine Department provides quality health care for all 400 UC Irvine Division 1 elite student-athletes, while simultaneously promoting an atmosphere conducive to the education of student-athletes, athletic trainers, and coaches in injury prevention, recognition and evaluation of injuries/illnesses, rehabilitation, and nutrition counseling.
